The prediction rules

The essentials in 30 seconds

Everything else on this page is detail. This is what you need to play.

• The matches

  10 points for the right result, 15 if you get the exact score. That is where most of the season is won, match after match.

• The deadline

  Each match can be predicted right up to its kick-off. After that it is zero: a match that has started is a match lost if you left it empty.

• The knockout bracket

  You fill the whole thing in after the last-16 draw, blind. Then from the quarter-finals on, every match is played again on the real fixture. Whoever called it right therefore scores twice, and nobody is left with nothing to play for.

• Jokers

  16 for the season. Played on a match, a joker multiplies your points by 2. One of them even multiplies them by 4. Choose your matches well.

• You against everyone

  If you are the only one in the league to have called a match right, it is worth double.

• The season bets

  17 season bets alongside the matches. The biggest one, « The Champions League winner », is worth 80 points, the equivalent of 5 exact scores.

• The matchday bets

  9 matchday bets are replayed every matchday. The biggest one, « How many goals this matchday? », is worth 20 points.

• The table

  Most points wins. If two players are level, they are separated on « the most correct results ».

These are the suggested default values. Whoever creates a league chooses which side bets are in play and can change what they are worth. Every league shows its own rules to its players.
