Who is responsible
SARL Delasource, 53 rue de Paris, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, decides what is collected and why. For any question, write to contact@tribune-pronos.com.
What is collected, and why
Your account. Email address, display name, password (encrypted, never readable by us) and, if you add one, your photo. Without this there is no account: it is the performance of the service you asked for. You also give your first and last name: they are visible only to the organisers of your leagues, so they know who is behind your nickname, and never public.
Your game. Your predictions, your side bets, your jokers, your points, your leagues and the messages you write on the walls. That is the service itself.
Where you came from. The invitation link you arrived through, and the person who shared it. This is only used to understand how Tribune spreads, never to profile you. Legitimate interest of the publisher in measuring its own product.
Newsletter emails. Sent only if you ticked the corresponding box, and stopped as soon as you untick it in your profile. That is your consent, and nothing else.
Game reminders. An email before a deadline closes. They are part of the service and can be switched off from your profile, without excluding you from anything.
Tribune uses no analytics tool, no advertising tracker and no third-party social network. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to accept.
Cookies
Two cookies, both necessary for the site to work. The first keeps your session open so you do not have to log in again on every page. The second remembers the last league you viewed, to bring you back to the right place. Neither follows your browsing anywhere else.
Who else sees this data
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is processed by the providers strictly necessary to run the service, who are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:
- Supabase · Database and authentication · European Union (West Europe region)
- Captive · Application hosting, and the staging database · France
- Stripe · Processing voluntary contributions · Ireland, with transfers to the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses
- Resend · Sending emails (deadline reminders, password resets) · United States, under the EU standard contractual clauses
The other players in your leagues see your display name, your photo, your points and your predictions once the deadlines have passed. That is the whole principle of a game between friends. Your email address is never shown to other players.
In the event of a sale. If Tribune were one day sold or transferred to another company, accounts and their data would be transferred with the business. You would be told beforehand, and you could delete your account at that point.
For how long
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete it, your identity is erased straight away: first and last name, email address, date of birth, photo, messages and sign-in account. Your game results stay in the standings under an anonymised name ("Deleted account"), with nothing left to tie them back to you: erasing a player from a table that has already been published would rewrite the history of a league for everyone else in it.
Proof of consent (the date and the version of the text accepted) is kept for three years after the last contact, because that is what makes it possible to demonstrate that consent was actually given.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, erase it, obtain a copy of it, or object to a processing operation. The simplest things first: your display name, your photo and your email preferences can be changed directly in your profile, and account deletion is there too.
For anything else, write to contact@tribune-pronos.com. You will get an answer within a month. If it does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the French data protection authority, cnil.fr.
Minors
Tribune is open from the age of 15. Below that, French law requires a parent's consent in addition to the child's, which this site is not able to collect. An account created by a child under 15 will be deleted on a parent's request.
